Rooftop unit framing
New or replacement rooftop units often need new dunnage, curb support or framing around roof openings. We fabricate and install the steel from the engineer's design and coordinate with the mechanical contractor and roofer so the roof is opened and sealed once.
Tenant finish-out steel
Openings in existing walls and floors, new lintels, mezzanine framing, equipment supports and storefront support steel for commercial tenant spaces.
Structural repairs
Corroded columns, damaged beams, added bracing and reinforcement of existing members, scoped from an engineer's repair detail.
Working in occupied buildings
Commercial work usually happens around a business that stays open. We plan deliveries, lifts and hot work around the tenant's hours and safety requirements.

Questions about commercial & rooftop framing
Do you handle the HVAC or roofing?
No. Licensed HVAC work is performed by the mechanical contractor, and roof tie-ins by the roofer. We coordinate our steel with both.
Can you work on a weekend or after hours?
Often, yes, when the building or tenant requires it. Schedule requirements are included in the bid.
