Steel for homes, additions and commercial buildings.

Our crew, on our jobs.
Cutting, fitting, welding and bolting steel on active Stealth projects. Connections are made to the approved shop drawings and checked before anything gets covered up.

Real steel, pulled for real jobs.
Tube, angle, channel and plate selected for current Stealth projects. We check sizes, wall thickness and condition before anything is cut, so what gets fabricated matches the approved shop drawings.

Shop drawings
Every piece drawn, checked and approved first.
Structural plans rarely answer every question. Our shop drawings show each column, beam and plate with cut lengths, holes, welds and piece marks, plus a numbered list of RFIs for your engineer and architect to answer. Open items are clouded and held, so nothing gets fabricated on a guess.
- Member and connection schedule from the structural set
- Numbered RFIs with proposed resolutions
- Embed and anchor locations sent before the foundation pour
- Field-verified elevations and dimensions

Finishes
Galvanized, primed or painted, as specified.
Exposed steel in Central Texas has to handle sun, humidity and storms. We match the finish to the structural notes and the exposure, and flag conflicts between drawing notes before anything is ordered.
- Hot-dip galvanizing for exterior steel
- Shop primer for enclosed framing
- Duplex galvanize-and-paint for architectural steel
- Field touch-up after erection

Measure in the field. Approve on paper. Cut once.
Most steel problems start with a dimension nobody checked. We verify elevations, embeds and openings before fabrication, so the frame goes up without torches and field fixes.
How we bid
Plans reviewed. Site walked. Bid in writing.
No online price calculators and no ballpark numbers over the phone. Every steel package is different, so every bid starts with the drawings and a visit.
Plan review and site walk
We go through the structural and architectural set, walk the site, and note slab elevations, access and anything the drawings leave open.
Written, itemized bid
Members, connections, finish, delivery, equipment and erection are listed with one lump-sum total. Options and RFIs are called out separately.
Shop drawings and approval
We detail every piece and send the shops to your engineer and architect. Nothing is cut until they are approved and field dimensions are verified.
Fabricate, deliver, erect
Steel is fabricated, finished, delivered and set by our crew, then plumbed, connected and touched up for inspection.

Questions
Common questions
Do you give steel prices over the phone?
No. Steel cost depends on the members, connections, finish, piece lengths, site access and lifting equipment, so we review the plans, walk the site and send a written, itemized bid with one lump-sum total.
Do I need an engineer?
Structural steel should be designed by a licensed engineer, and most cities require sealed drawings for permits. If your project does not have one yet, we will tell you and can coordinate with yours.
Do you fabricate and install, or just one?
Both. We can take a project from plan takeoff and shop drawings through fabrication, finishing, delivery and erection, so one company is responsible for the fit.
Do you work on homes or just commercial?
Both. Custom-home steel frames, load-bearing wall beams, canopies and stairs are as common for us as commercial dunnage and tenant finish-out steel.
What areas do you serve?
Austin and surrounding towns including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle and the Hill Country.
